We represent a good number of reputable American and European companies that manufacture comprehensive products including valves, flow meters, gauges marine equipments, ESD panel , advanced maintenance management systems, power regulation equipment, process instrumentation & optimization systems, etc. we are equally representatives of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s).

ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
In the EPIC world of today, competition is based mainly on reliability, dependability, quality, marketing and ingenuity. Rarely are all these qualities and skills found in a single EPIC servicing company.

Felpet provides EPIC services with its customers as priority. Our dependability and reliability stems from our partnership with Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) Companies. We are able to supply Original equipments promptly and in good condition to site. Our experienced and competent engineering staff is able to carry out installation of all kinds of field and workshop equipment. These include actuators, valves, compressors, pumps, telecoms devices and power generating sets. Some of our OEM partners include: Hydro Pneumatic Bonnetti, Robertshaw Controls Company, Wika. Their products are all state of the art equipment compatible with machinery anywhere in the world. Our reach is nationwide and we carry out installations at both on shore and offshore locations.

Our extremely magnanimous Community Development Policies grant us access to even the most hostile of communities. We also offer post commission monitoring for all our installments.

MAINTENANCE
Commercial, production and manufacturing activities can be really exacting considering the standards, demands, rules and regulations involved. Therefore preventive/corrective maintenance on process equipment must be responsive, disciplined and standardized.

Felpet Nigeria Limited offers maintenance services across a wide range of machinery and devices including; pumps, compressors, telecoms instruments, monitoring devices, power generating sets, etc. This capability emanates from our affiliation to the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of some of these machinery and staffing of very experienced maintenance personnel.

We carry out preventive and corrective maintenance services for machinery and working with your team we will assist in whatever capacity you require—from support to total responsibility. Preventive maintenance is carried out only on those items where a failure would have expensive or unacceptable consequences e.g. lift, fire alarms, electricity supply and gas supply. Many of these items are also subject to a statutory requirement for inspection and preventive maintenance. Corrective Maintenance activity may consist of repair, restoration or replacement of equipment. This activity will be the result of a regular inspection, which identifies the failure in time for corrective maintenance to be planned and scheduled, then performed during a routine maintenance shutdown.

Many or all of our programs feature fixed fee services eliminating travel and time costs typical of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and other service companies. Emergency response services are also available. In addition to the best technical assistance from our field personnel, you always receive personalized service from our full-time customer service staff, ensuring prompt scheduling of a field service specialist equipped with the right parts to provide the best service when you need it. INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL
Technological advancements in process monitoring, control and industrial automation over the past decades have contributed greatly to improve the productivity of virtually all manufacturing industries throughout the world.

While 90% of global production is still controlled by analog instrumentation, almost all the controls installed as a part of a new plant or plant expansion are Digital Control Systems DCS connected by digital networks. Nowadays, in this era of digital buses, one can plug in a laptop or use a wireless hand tool to instantly establish access to all the data, displays and intelligence that resides anywhere on the DCS network. This capability, in combination with the self tuning, self-diagnosing and optimizing features of modern process control, makes both startup activity and operational routines much easier and more efficient.

We are into project management, engineering procurement, rehabilitation or upgrading of existing facility systems. We also supply instrument calibration or test equipment installation of new instrument systems. The department renders services in the area of electrical instrumentation and control to manufacturing, oil and gas and energy sector. We carry out Engineering Procurement installation and Contracts EPIC, Electrically systems designs (cable sizing, lighting, and power requirement). We also market field test and workshop equipment, upgrade and servicing existing systems.

FRONT END ENGINEERING DESIGN
As part of pre-project planning, Front End Engineering Design work is early design work done after conceptual business planning and prior to detailed design. The design of efficient new facilities as well as analyze and improve existing operations is our major duty in this department. As a team, we identify not only the projects objectives, but also the business objectives.

The schedule is defined and the project planned from the start to finish, including resource requirements and hardware procurement.
